Lawrence Mills founded AGM Heavy Haul in 2007, drawing on nearly two decades of experience in the construction and mining equipment industry. He identified a critical gap in communication between transport companies and dealers and set out to create a service that prioritized transparency and reliability.
To this day, Lawrie remains dedicated to ensuring seamless, end-to-end solutions for both dealers and customers, building AGM Heavy Haul’s reputation as a trusted leader in heavy haulage services.
Luke Mills
Luke, the second generation in the family business, blends a strong background in banking and finance, including a Bachelor of Applied Finance from Macquarie University, with hands-on expertise in heavy haulage operations. As Operations Manager at AGM Heavy Haul, he oversees projects across the mining, construction, agricultural, and earthmoving sectors, ensuring every transport and delivery is executed with efficiency, precision, and a commitment to quality customer service.
Beyond daily operations, Luke drives continuous improvement across the business, enhancing systems and processes in areas such as marketing, accounting, and project management.
